MVPF Venture Studio (MVPFVS) partners with exceptional founders to build and scale market-leading companies. We launched our studio to turn unique ideas into the next generation of logistics companies set to disrupt the industry.

Thanks to the benefits of our pioneering studio model you’re immediately surrounded by an experienced team. You get substantial support throughout the whole journey, including tech & product support by MVP Factory, mentoring and business building support by our team, and network and domain expertise by an industry partner as well as pre-seed capital to get things started.

In the role you will...

In the first 2-3 months you will work with our Venture Partners together as a “Founder in Residence” on a pre-validated business opportunity (or bring your own) and create a solution for it.
If we come up with a validated business model that we mutually are excited about, we will provide €300,000 pre-seed capital for YOUR company
As Co-Founder you are then part of the founding team and you will be responsible for shaping the future of the company
You will build the company from scratch: Set up all operations, hire and lead a kick-ass team, and develop the business activities. Everything that needs to be done to win the market
As entrepreneurs you are fully responsible for the business and hold most of the venture’s equity
You own the brand, the product, team, strategy etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it

You possess exceptional drive, ambition, persistence, passion, and a strong desire to succeed.
You have experience within top-tier consulting firm, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or in leadership position in fast scaled start-ups and/or track record of starting and building companies, regardless of it's success
Leadership experience building teams
You are a bright mind with an entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment, demonstrating a precise and pragmatics approach
You have super powers in a function like engineering, design, product, business development, marketing or sales
Knowledge or experience in the logistics industry is a plus, but not a must

Mit Hauptsitz in Berlin wurde MVP Factory von unserem CEO Philipp Petrescu gegründet und besteht aus über 60 Venture Architects, Designern, Produktmanagern, Tech Leads und Growth Marketing-Experten. Seit Mitte 2023 gehört MVP Factory zu Ness Digital Engineering (Ness) - einem Full-Service-Anbieter von digitalen Beratungsdienstleistungen und Softwareentwicklung.

Your profile

You need high-drive and ambition, persistency, passion and willingness to win
You have gained work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity and/or in leadership position in fast scaled start-ups and/or track record of starting and building companies, whether it was considered a success or not
