Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m/x)

The Role

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (f/m/x) you will work closely with our founder on strategic projects: Starting from an idea, to prototyping it, to creating a scalable solution that will impact the development of MVP Factory:

Identify and prioritise business growth opportunities and develop programs to deliver against these opportunities
You lead your own projects by creating and sticking to comprehensive schedules, communicating with stakeholders, and continuously analyse and present your data
Develop strong business plans - remove early red flags by conducting strong customer discovery and validation hypotheses
Structure and package analyses, strategies and recommendations into highly effective, compelling communication and presentations for various audiences

Your profile

+4 year experience within a high-growth startup or consultancy environment, preferrably already with founding experience
a top of class degree tied to economics, digital innovation, or finances from an university that is renowned for fostering innovation, practical experiences and excellence
You bring a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of digital business models, are quick in identifying core operational challenges while knowing how tech and product play into building a successful business
You are courageous and analytical- you love to ask questions and are genuinely interested in learning what a client’s needs are while being creative at the same time
Working across and with various functions, you developed communication skills that are not only clear and decisive but also manage to inspire your peers and transport a story
Hardworking - scratch that, the HARDEST working doesn't necessarily mean to you to be the one with the longest hours but to push your limits, make smart choices, learn fast, ask a lot, and think quick on your feet
Excellent oral and written skills in English and at least a B2 German are crucial for your success in client communication
