MVP Factory wächst und so suchen wir nach eine*r Product Manager (w/m/x).

Werde Teil eines Teams, dessen Mission es ist, digitale Produkte zu entwickeln, die unsere Kunden stärken und deren Nutzer*innen begeistern.

Gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team aus Designer*innen, Engineers und Digital Consultants bist du verantwortlich für die strategische Arbeit mit unseren Kunden um Probleme zu definieren, intelligente Lösungen zu finden und innovative Produkte schnell zu entwickeln.

Denke und plane für die Nutzer*innen.

Übernimm als PM strategische Projektverantwortung und baue Produkte mit Mehrwert für die Nutzer*innen anstatt an ihren Bedürfnissen vorbei.
Arbeite eng mit Design, Engineering und Digital Consulting zusammen, cross-funktional und mit dem Fokus darauf nutzbare, inspirierende Produkte mit erstklassiger UX zu entwickeln.
Treibe und facilitiere qualitative und quantitative Market Research gemeinsam mit den Product Designern; sammle und analysiere Daten um datengetriebene Entscheidungen mit Herz und Verstand statt mit dem Bauch und aus Gewohnheit zu treffen.

Begleite unsere Kunden strategisch nachhaltig.

Verstehe das Business und die strategischen Ziele unserer Partner. Ihr Produkt ist unser Projekt.
Begleite und führe deine (externen) Stakeholder durch klares Expectation Management, effiziente Kommunikation und kollaborative Produktentwicklung

Nutze die Stärken deiner Teams.

Baue in kurzer Zeit talentierte Projektteams aus Freelancern, Design und Engineering passend zu den individuellen Herausforderungen des Produkts.
Übernimm Verantwortung für Project Management, Budgets, Timelines und Herausforderungen und halte deinem Team den Rücken frei um gemeinsam mit ihm starke Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Baue digitale Produkte, klug, schnell und immer wieder anders.

Key Words wie Opportunity Backlogs, Product Roadmaps, MVP, Agile, Lean und User Centricity dürfen in deiner zukünftigen Stellenbeschreibung nicht fehlen. Aber vor allem willst du in kurzer Zeit viel erleben, dich nicht auf eine Branche oder Produktart spezialisieren müssen und nicht nur einem sondern vielen Unternehmen dabei helfen, zukünftig mit "Product Mindset" innovativ zu arbeiten.Deine Ergebnisse sind sichtbar, dein Einfluss ist unmittelbar und deine Lernkurve steil.

Das bringst du mit

ein tiefes Verständnis von UX gepaart mit technischer Expertise und Wissen um die aktuellsten Methoden, Tools und Strategien im "agile and lean software development"
Erfahrung darin, eine Produktvision zu definieren, Potenziale gemeinsam mit dem Kunden zu erkennen und deinem Projektteam zu vermitteln (und umgekehrt).
Während deiner Zeit als Product Manager*in, Product Owner*in oder Project Manager*in hast du es geschafft, eine Empathy für Bedürfnisse und Dringlichkeit bei Stakeholder-Gruppen zu entwickeln, die es dir ermöglichen, allen dabei zu helfen, mit einer Vision in die gleiche Richtung zu arbeiten
eine analytische Denkweise und um Daten-getrieben zu arbeiten ergänzt dein
Business-Verständnis und Sinn für Ergebnisorientierung. Dinge, die dir helfen, zu entscheiden, wann welche Priorität wo hin gehört - von Product Features bis zu internen Anfragen.
Deutschkenntnisse auf C2 Niveau und herausragendes Englisch auf C1 Niveau machen dich einsetzbar für all unsere Kunden, vom Stealth Mode Startup zum Public Sector Verband und global agierenden Konzern.

Product Manager (all genders)

Become part of a team who is on the mission to build digital products and ventures that enable our clients to help and excite their users.

As part of a cross-functional team of you as Product Manager, Designers, Engineers and Venture Architects, you are responsible for the strategic work with our clients, define their problems and needs, design intelligent solutions, and develop innovative products fast.

Your Mission:

Think and plan for users, not (only) clients.

Take strategic project responsibility as PM and build products with added value for users instead of bypassing their needs.
Work closely with Design, Engineering and Digital Consulting, cross-functionally and with a focus on building usable, inspiring products with world-class UX.
Drive and facilitate qualitative and quantitative market research together with Product Designers; collect and analyze data to make data-driven decisions with heart and mind instead of gut and habit

Guide our clients in a strategically sustainable way.

Understand our partners' business and strategic goals. Their product is our project.
Guide and lead your (external) stakeholders through clear expectation management, efficient communication and collaborative product development.

Leverage the strengths of your teams.

Build talented project teams of freelancers, design and engineering in a short period of time according to the individual challenges of the product.
Take ownership of project management, budgets, timelines, and challenges, and have your team's back to deliver strong results together.

Build digital products, smart, fast and always different.

Your profile

Deep understanding of UX coupled with technical expertise and knowledge of the latest methods, tools and strategies in "agile and lean software development".
Experience in defining a product vision, identifying potentials together with the customer and communicating them to your project team (and vice versa).
During your time as Product Manager, Product Owner or Project Manager you have managed to develop an empathy for needs and urgency among stakeholder groups that enables you to help everyone work with a vision in the same direction
an analytical mindset and to work data-driven complements your business understanding and sense of results orientation. Things that help you decide when which priority belongs where - from product features to internal requests.
German language skills on C1 level and outstanding English on C1 level make you applicable for all our clients, from stealth fashion startups to public sector associations and global corporations.
