The Role

MVPF Venture Studio (MVPFVS) partners with exceptional founders to build and scale market-leading companies. Together with DB Schenker we launched the Schenker Venture Studio to turn unique ideas into the next generation of logistics companies set to disrupt the industry.

For our newest venture, Repos.ai, which aims to revolutionize repair management for OEMs by integrating generative AI to support and automate the repair processes, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated business founder (f/m/x). Repos.ai will address the repair process across industries by applying generative AI to support and automate repair processes, aiming to make repairs more efficient and cost effective.

The Role:

In the first 2-3 months you will work with our Venture Partners together as a “Founder in Residence” on a pre-validated business opportunity and create a solution for it. If we come up with a validated business model that we mutually are excited about, we will provide €300,000 pre-seed capital for YOUR company
As Co-Founder you are then part of the founding team and you will be responsible for shaping the future of the company
You will build the company from scratch: Set up all operations, hire and lead a kick-ass team, and develop the business activities. Everything that needs to be done to win the market
As part of the founder team you are fully responsible for the business and hold most of the venture’s equity
You own the brand, the product, team, strategy etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it

Your profile

You have gained relevant leadership in a fast-moving environment (e.g. Start-up, VC, Incubator/ Accelerator)
You have deep experience in digital product development, especially with AI-driven applications, whether it is in a tech startup or an established tech company.
You have gained experience in early-stage company building/ business validation or started and build an own venture already
You bring a wide network and deep connections within the OEMs for consumer electronics & household goods and you know how to convince the top-management of large OEMs
You need high-drive and ambition, persistency, passion and willingness to win
You’re a bright mind and approach your work in a very precise but yet pragmatic manner
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
You have super powers in thinking strategically and envision the future direction of a B2B SaaS product
You are engaged with trends in artificial intelligence and machine learning, particularly in their application to automate and optimize complex processes
You have a robust understanding of integrating AI-driven solutions to meet business needs, enhancing operational efficiencies
You understand the fundamentals of VC funding - direct involvement in fundraising is a plus, but not a must
Knowledge or experience in the logistics and/or repair industry is a plus, but not a must
