The Role

Ready to work as a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) in an early-stage startup and venture environment? As a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the development and growth of our B2B SaaS platform, become part of our product and development team and work closely with the Head of Product.

Your mission

play a key role as a sparring partner for our Head of Product in the selection of product ideas, support the implementation of the product roadmap based on our business goals and pave the way to product-market fit
drive our differentiation in the market by taking responsibility for and strategically aligning our core product "Workations"
lead a cross-functional team spanning development, design, customer success and marketing to bring our product to life
increase the value of our web app by monetizing new features and make data-driven decisions for the further development of our business model
ensure a deep understanding of customer needs and user behavior by supporting User Research & Product Discovery Stream
coordinate and prioritize the complex requirements of internal and external stakeholders and develop the "next big thing" in Global Mobility together with our development team and external partners
lead the product conceptualization to translate high-level product requirements into detailed user stories, performance requirements and tasks for the development and design teams
lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment in your team

Your profile

several years of experience as a product manager in the conception and development of web apps (ideally have experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech or Global Mobility)
with your high standards for design and technology, you are ready to work on an empowering digital customer experience
experience with quantitative (e.g. KPIs, metrics, market research) and qualitative data (e.g. UX research, user feedback)
responsibility for a vertical product and you are used to driving the delivery from product discovery to value creation for our customers
common tools of digital project and product management, e.g. Jira, Figma, Miro, Github, Notion, Amplitude or similar, and agile working methods (Scrum/Kanban, Shape-Up) are daily business for you
willingness to go the extra mile to drive the success of your product
quick adaption to an early-stage startup - the speed of our growth and the dynamic pace of change motivate you and keep you on your toes
very good command of German (at least C1) and English

Das bringst du mit

Du hast bereits mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Produktmanager:in in der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Web-Apps gesammelt und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich B2B-SaaS, HR Tech oder Global Mobility mit
